'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a humble ambition: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in the year 1985, our little pizzeria began as a family-led business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her explorations across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was driven to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and superior ingredients.
Our beginning as a quaint 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished community staple, yet our devotion to excellency and genuineness has been steadfast. We persist in employing traditional wood oven firing, prepare our dough daily, and procure only the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with the next generation continuing our fiery enthusiasm. While we have adopted some contemporary tactics, the core of our enterprise endures: serving mouth-watering, real pizza that unites folks.
