Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Crust & Craft Pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund, and how to initiate a return process for purchases made on our website zestbridge.click.

Returns

You have the right to return an item within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: 00187, Italy, Rome, Pizzeria Da Marco, Via Margutta.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
